Introduction

Welcome to heeyBoard (the "Platform", "Service", "we", "us"). heeyBoard is a Swiss-based tactical board for creating, saving, sharing, and exporting coaching diagrams.

By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

About the Service

heeyBoard provides tools for:

• Creating tactical boards and coaching diagrams.
• Adding players, arrows, shapes, text, and field elements.
• Saving boards to your account.
• Sharing public board links.
• Downloading boards as images.

The Service continues to evolve and may update regularly.

Eligibility

To use heeyBoard, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Provide accurate account information.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.

If you register on behalf of a club or organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.

User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• All activity under their account.
• Updating information when necessary.

heeyBoard may suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or violation.

Acceptable Use

Users must NOT:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the platform.
• Upload harmful code or misuse the system architecture.
• Use the Service for illegal or harmful activities.
• Share boards or content that infringes third-party rights.

Violations may result in immediate termination.

Intellectual Property

heeyBoard IP

All platform content, branding, design, and software are owned by heeyBoard or its licensors. Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform.

User IP

Boards, diagrams, notes, and files created or uploaded by users remain the user's intellectual property.

Users grant heeyBoard a limited licence to process this content solely for providing the Service.

Public Sharing

When you create a public board link, anyone with that link can view the board. You are responsible for deciding what content you share publicly.

Service Availability

heeyBoard aims for a high uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend access for updates or maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Swiss law:

• heeyBoard is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.

Termination of Service

Users may delete their account or stop using the Service at any time. heeyBoard may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or if required by law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes will be settled in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
